Coagulants for Paper Indstry

details-image

Coagulants are used to control anionic trash in the paper mill, to reduce and control deposits derived from adhesives and other contaminants contained in recycled pulp. This increases the productivity of the paper machine and also reduce cost of treatment.

Cationic Coagulation can be improved poor dye ability of bleached pulp. And it does not affect the absorbency of paper so it is suitable for tissue paper and other unsized paper dyeing with acid dyestuff or pigments. For paper dyeing first we will add dyestuff then Cationic Coagulation and finally alum, and other sizing agent.

In dyeing with pigment dyes depth and light shade of the dyes paper depends on the pigment dispersion. Pigment dyes can be easily dispersed with Cationic Coagulation. It can be fully retain the dyes of the fibers by addition of 5.0 to 10.0% on weight of dyestuff.

Characteristics:

  • It blocks anionic impurities contained in the papermaking system and suppresses pitch troubles.
  • They coagulate the anionic materials found in recycled papers and help retain them without flocculation of themselves in the paper.

Dosage:

  • Diluted to the concentration of 0.05%-0.5%(based on solid content) when used alone. It is better to dose the product continuously.

Standard Packaging and Storage:

  • Packed in 50kgs,250kgs net plastic drums and 1250kgs net IBC drums.Storage should be in original container in cool and dry place, away from source of heat flame and direct sunlight.
